Steps:

• Check condenser fan: Ensure the fan runs whenever the compressor is on. Replace if not operating.
• Clear vents: Make sure all intake and exhaust vents are unobstructed.
• Inspect bin lid and seals: Replace damaged gaskets that allow warm air into the bin.

Note: Many Northair countertop units are not true freezers; some melting in the bin is normal and ice should be transferred to a freezer for storage.
