• Break up ice: Remove the basket and separate any large clumps or bridges of ice that may be blocking the sensor path.
• Re-seat basket: Ensure the basket is fully inserted and level so that ice falls away from the sensor area.
• Clean sensor windows: Wipe the IR sensor windows on both sides of the basket area with a soft cloth.
• Check alignment: Confirm that the sensors are directly facing each other and not tilted.
• Replace sensor if needed: If the problem persists, the ice full sensor assembly may be weak or faulty and should be replaced.
