How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Disconnect power before working on the control panel.
Steps:
- 1. Dry the panel: If recently cleaned with liquid, allow the panel to dry completely.
- 2. Reseat cable: Open the control housing and reseat the ribbon cable between the keypad and main PCB.
- 3. Inspect for damage: Look for cracked buttons or corrosion. Replace the control panel PCB if individual buttons fail consistently.
