Display shows ADD or water droplet icon; unit beeps and stops; no ice is produced.

Safety: Turn the unit off before removing the water tank or internal parts.

Steps:

• 1. Refill reservoir: Fill the water tank or internal reservoir with clean, cold water up to the indicated MAX line. Avoid using sparkling or flavored water.
• 2. Reseat removable tank: On Princess models with a detachable tank, ensure it is fully seated and locked into place so the level sensor can read correctly.
• 3. Clean float and sensor: Remove the ice basket and access the reservoir. Locate the float or level sensor. Clean off limescale or debris with warm water and a soft cloth so it can move freely.
• 4. Check float movement: Manually move the float up and down; it should move smoothly without sticking. If it is waterlogged or cracked, replace the float assembly.
• 5. Inspect wiring: Verify the water level switch wiring is intact and the connector is firmly attached to the control board.
