Ice maker produces ice, but cubes are oversized and stick together in large clumps.

Safety: Unplug the unit before adjusting sensors.

Steps:

• 1. Select smaller ice size: If your Princess model has size settings, choose the smallest size and test.
• 2. Clean thickness probe: Remove scale from the ice thickness sensor near the evaporator using warm water and a soft cloth.
• 3. Adjust probe position: Ensure the probe is not too far from the evaporator surface. Follow the manual for correct spacing and gently bend if needed.
• 4. Reset control: Power cycle the unit to reset the control logic.
