- 2. Clean thickness probe: Remove scale from the ice thickness sensor near the evaporator using warm water and a soft cloth.
- 3. Adjust probe position: Ensure the probe is not too far from the evaporator surface. Follow the manual for correct spacing and gently bend if needed.
- 4. Reset control: Power cycle the unit to reset the control logic.
