• Step 1 – Check reservoir fill level: Ensure you are not filling above the MAX line. Overfilling can cause overflow during operation.
• Step 2 – Inspect drain plug: Turn the unit around and verify the drain plug or cap is fully inserted and the gasket is intact.
• Step 3 – Examine reservoir and hoses: Remove the top cover and ice basket. Look for cracks in the plastic reservoir and check all silicone or rubber hoses for splits or loose clamps.
• Step 4 – Tighten or replace hoses: Reseat any loose hoses and replace damaged ones with a Pro Breeze water hose kit.
• Step 5 – Replace reservoir if cracked: If you find a crack, replace the water reservoir tank.
