Water appears inside the ice storage bin under the ice, causing clumping.

• Step 1 – Empty bin: Remove all ice and the basket. Dry the bin with a towel.
• Step 2 – Locate drain channel: Find the small drain hole or channel at the bottom of the ice bin area.
• Step 3 – Clear blockage: Use a soft pipe cleaner or flexible brush to clear any ice, scale, or debris from the drain hole and tube.
• Step 4 – Check basket fit: Ensure the ice basket sits correctly and does not block the drain path.
• Step 5 – Inspect drain tube: From the rear or underside, verify the drain tube is connected and not cracked. Replace with a Pro Breeze drain tube if damaged.
