• Inspect door gasket: Examine the freezer or ice room door gasket for gaps, tears, or debris. Clean the gasket and door frame with warm soapy water and ensure a tight seal.
• Verify door closure: Make sure the door closes fully and is not held open by items in the compartment. Misalignment can cause warm air infiltration and melting.
