Unit is very noisy during operation (rattling, buzzing, or grinding)

Safety: Disconnect power before tightening or moving components.

• Check for loose parts: Tighten screws on access panels, mounting brackets, and the bin.
• Inspect fan: Look for debris in the condenser fan and ensure the blade is not hitting shrouds or ice. Replace a noisy fan motor.
• Secure tubing: Gently reposition and secure refrigerant lines with foam or clamps to prevent them from rattling against the frame.
• Listen to pump: If the circulation pump is loud or grinding, it may be failing or have debris in the impeller. Clean or replace the pump.
