Check wiring: Ensure the fan connector is firmly attached to the control board and wires are intact.
Test under power: Plug in the unit and start a cycle with the panel off. If the compressor runs but the fan does not, the motor is likely bad.
Replace fan motor: Install a new condenser fan motor with the same specifications. Transfer the fan blade if needed.

When to call a professional: If the fan receives no voltage from the board, the control board may need replacement by a technician.
