• Flush with warm water: Pour a small amount of warm water through the drain to confirm it flows freely to the external drain or reservoir.
• Check tray alignment: Ensure the evaporator tray or ice shelf is properly seated and level so that meltwater flows into the drain, not over the sides.
• Inspect drain hose: Access the rear and verify the drain hose is not kinked, elevated too high, or cracked. Replace the drain hose if damaged.
