Water pump runs but no water reaches the evaporator.

Safety: Unplug the unit and drain water before disconnecting hoses.

Steps:

• Bleed air: Refill the reservoir and tilt the unit slightly to help air escape from the pump. Restart and listen for a steady water flow.
• Inspect hoses: Check the hose from the pump to the evaporator for kinks or pinches. Straighten or reroute as needed.
• Clean inlet screen: Remove the pump and clean any mesh screen or filter at its inlet.
• Clean spray bar: Remove and descale the water distribution bar above the evaporator.
