Unit leaks water onto the counter or floor during operation.

Safety first: Unplug the unit and mop up any spilled water to prevent slipping.

• Check drain plug: Inspect the drain plug or cap at the back or bottom of the unit. Ensure it is fully seated and the gasket is intact.
• Inspect reservoir: Remove the ice basket and visually inspect the reservoir for cracks or seams that leak when filled.
• Check hoses: Access the internal water lines and look for loose clamps or splits, especially at connection points.
• Clean drain path: If the unit has an internal drain tube, flush it with warm water to clear any blockage.
• Replace damaged parts: Replace any cracked reservoir, leaking hose, or worn drain plug gasket with OEM SPT parts.
