• 3. Clean evaporator plate: Run a full cleaning cycle to remove scale from the plate. Heavy scale can cause ice to release prematurely, resulting in thin pieces.
• 4. Verify thickness sensor: Inspect the ice thickness sensor for proper position and cleanliness. Adjust only as specified in the service manual.
