• Clean the condenser coils with a brush and vacuum.

Water and scale:

• Verify adequate water pressure and that the inlet screen is clean.
• Run a full descaling cycle using a manufacturer-approved ice machine cleaner to remove mineral deposits from the evaporator plate, water distribution system, and sensors.

Monitor: After cleaning, allow 24 hours of operation to evaluate improvement. If production remains low, a refrigeration technician should check system pressures and components.
