• Step 1 – Check ambient conditions: Ensure the unit is operated within Teendow’s specified temperature range (not in a garage or outdoors if not rated).
• Step 2 – Inspect sensors: Verify evaporator and ambient sensors are properly mounted and not loose.
• Step 3 – Clean condenser: Remove dust from the condenser coil to reduce overheating.
• Step 4 – Replace faulty components: If a thermostat or sensor is out of spec, replace it. Persistent short cycling may require control board replacement.
