Ice appears cloudy or white instead of clear

• Install filtration: Use a high-quality inline filter or softener to reduce minerals entering the Teka ice maker.
• Descale evaporator: Run a descaling cycle to remove mineral deposits that disrupt clear ice formation.
• Replace filter: If already filtered, replace the cartridge to ensure proper flow and filtration.
• Observe cycles: After maintenance, monitor new ice batches. Some cloudiness may remain if water hardness is very high.
