Ice maker vibrates excessively or walks out of cabinet

Safety First: Carefully pull the unit out without straining the water line or power cord.

• Step 1 – Level the cabinet: Adjust front and rear leveling legs until the unit is stable and does not rock when pushed.
• Step 2 – Secure built-in brackets: For undercounter installations, verify that mounting brackets or screws securing the unit to cabinetry are tight.
• Step 3 – Add vibration isolation: Place thin rubber pads under the leveling legs if the floor is uneven or resonates.
• Step 4 – Check compressor mounts: Inspect compressor mounting grommets for deterioration. Replace if hardened or cracked.

After adjustments, run the unit and confirm vibration is reduced.
