Interior light does not work but unit otherwise operates normally

Safety First: Unplug the unit before replacing any light components.

• Step 1 – Check door switch: Verify the switch actuates when the door opens and closes. Replace if stuck or not changing state.
• Step 2 – Inspect light module: Remove the light cover and check for loose connections. Replace the LED module or bulb with the correct U-Line part.
• Step 3 – Test after replacement: Restore power and confirm light operation.

If the light still fails and the switch and module are good, the control board’s light circuit may be faulty.
