Ice maker produces ice, but ice cubes are very small or thin.

Safety: Close the water supply valve and unplug the unit before disconnecting hoses.

Steps to improve ice size:

• Check water pressure: Ensure the supply valve is fully open and that the line pressure meets Vestfrost specifications. Avoid self-piercing saddle valves; use a proper tee connection.
• Clean inlet filter: Remove the inlet hose and clean the mesh filter at the water inlet valve.
• Clean spray nozzles: Access the water distribution tube or spray bar above the evaporator. Remove and clean each nozzle with a soft brush and descaler to remove mineral deposits.
• Adjust thickness setting: If your model allows, increase the ice thickness setting via the control panel according to the user manual.

Note: After adjustments, allow several cycles to see the full effect on ice size.
