Water is pooling inside the ice storage bin or ice-making compartment.

Steps to clear internal drain:

• Locate drain hole: Find the drain opening at the bottom of the bin or ice-making compartment.
• Remove blockage: Use a soft brush or plastic tool to remove ice chips or debris from the drain opening. Do not use metal objects that can damage the liner.
• Flush with warm water: Pour warm (not boiling) water into the drain to melt any ice and push debris through the hose.
• Check hose routing: Access the rear or bottom of the unit to ensure the drain hose slopes continuously downward to the drain point without kinks.
