Ice maker produces ice, but cubes are very small, thin, or hollow.

Safety first: Unplug the unit and shut off water supply before disconnecting hoses.

• Check water pressure: Ensure the supply valve is fully open and the line is not kinked.
• Clean inlet screen: Remove the supply hose from the Weasy inlet valve and rinse any sediment from the mesh filter.
• Inspect water distribution tube: Open the interior and check the spray bar or distribution trough for mineral deposits. Soak in vinegar and scrub gently.
• Verify thickness probe setting: Clean and, if adjustable, slightly increase the thickness setting per the manual.
