Ice maker makes ice but cubes are small, thin, or hollow.

Safety: Turn off water supply and unplug the unit before servicing the water system.

• Check water pressure: Ensure the supply line delivers adequate pressure (typically 20–40 psi minimum).
• Inspect inlet line: Straighten any kinks in the water inlet tubing and ensure the shutoff valve is fully open.
• Replace or bypass filter: If the unit uses an external or inline water filter, replace it or temporarily bypass to test flow.
• Clean inlet valve screen: Remove the supply hose from the water inlet valve and clean the mesh screen of debris.
