Unit displays lights but buttons do not respond or respond intermittently.

Safety: Disconnect power before removing the control panel.

• Dry moisture: If condensation is present behind the panel, dry thoroughly and correct any gasket leaks.
• Reseat ribbon cable: Disconnect and reconnect the ribbon cable between the keypad and UI board, ensuring a firm connection.
• Test buttons: With power restored, test each button. If some remain unresponsive, the keypad or UI board is likely faulty.
• Replace UI assembly: Install a new user interface board or keypad assembly as specified for your Westinghouse model.
