Water pooling inside the ice bin or under the evaporator, ice appears wet and partially melted.

Safety: Disconnect power before clearing drains.

• Locate internal drain: Identify the drain hole or channel beneath the evaporator or bin in your Zanussi ice maker.
• Clear blockage: Use a soft brush or pipe cleaner to remove debris. Flush with warm (not boiling) water to melt any ice plugs.
• Check drain pan alignment: Ensure the internal pan is correctly seated and sloped toward the drain outlet.
• Verify drain pump: If fitted, test the drain pump for operation and replace if it fails to run or pump water away.
