Safety First: Unplug the microwave before accessing the bottom panel.
- Check tray and rollers: Remove the glass tray and roller ring. Clean both and the cavity floor. Reinstall correctly and test.
- Inspect coupler: Check the plastic coupler that fits onto the motor shaft for cracks or wear. Replace if damaged.
- Test motor: If the tray still does not turn, access the underside of the cavity and test the turntable motor for continuity with a multimeter. Replace the motor if open or seized.
