Possible Causes
Failed relay controlling lamp and turntable, Burned PCB trace, Loose wiring harness to lamp and motor, Control board logic fault
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the microwave.
- Check lamp and turntable separately: Verify the bulb is not burned out and the turntable motor is not seized (see related entries).
- Inspect wiring: Remove the outer cover and trace the wiring from the control board to the lamp and turntable motor. Ensure connectors are secure.
- Control board inspection: Look for burnt spots or damaged relays on the PCB. If the relay controlling these loads is visibly damaged, the board should be replaced.
- Replace control board: Install an Ambiano-compatible control PCB if multiple functions controlled by the same relay have failed.
