Inspect ribbon cable: Remove the control panel and reseat the flat cable between the keypad and control PCB.
Test buttons: If some keys work and others never do, the membrane is likely failing and should be replaced.
Replace keypad: Install a new Amica keypad membrane or complete control panel fascia as supplied.
