How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the microwave before working near the control panel.
- Step 1 – Check for stuck keys: Gently press each button several times. If one feels stuck or does not click, the keypad may be physically jammed.
- Step 2 – Dry out moisture: If the panel was recently cleaned with liquid, leave the door open and allow the unit to dry for several hours, then power cycle.
