Possible Causes

Failed turntable motor,Turntable motor shaft jammed or obstructed,Faulty turntable coupler or roller ring,Control board output to motor failed

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the microwave before inspecting the turntable mechanism.

  • 1. Check for mechanical obstruction: Remove the glass tray and roller ring. Clean any spilled food, debris, or broken glass from the cavity floor. Inspect the plastic coupler that drives the tray for cracks or warping.
  • 2. Test rotation manually: With the tray removed, gently turn the coupler by hand. It should rotate smoothly. If it binds or feels seized, the motor or coupler may be damaged.
  • 3. Access the turntable motor: On most Beko models, the motor is mounted under the cavity floor and accessible from the bottom. Remove the bottom panel (if removable) and disconnect the motor wires.
  • 4. Test motor: Use a multimeter to check the motor coil for continuity. An open circuit indicates a failed motor. Also visually inspect for signs of overheating.
  • 5. Replace faulty parts: Install a new Beko-compatible turntable motor and/or coupler. Refit the bottom panel, roller ring, and tray.

Note: If the motor tests good but E07 persists, the control board's motor drive circuit may be faulty and require professional repair.
