Microwave display and controls work, but the turntable does not rotate during cooking.

Safety first: Unplug the microwave before handling internal parts.

• Step 1 – Check settings: Some Bertazzoni models allow disabling the turntable. Verify in the user manual that the turntable function is enabled.
• Step 2 – Inspect tray and ring: Remove the glass tray and roller ring. Clean both and the cavity floor. Ensure the ring wheels roll freely.
• Step 3 – Check coupler: Inspect the plastic coupler for cracks or wear. Replace if damaged.
• Step 4 – Motor test (advanced): Access the bottom of the microwave to test and, if necessary, replace the turntable motor.
