How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the microwave before removing the control panel.
- Step 1 – Check brightness settings: Some models allow dimming. Verify that the brightness is not set to low in the settings.
- Step 2 – Inspect display board: Remove the control panel and inspect the display PCB for cracked solder joints, especially on the display pins.
- Step 3 – Reflow solder (advanced): A skilled technician can re-solder cracked joints. If you are not experienced, replace the entire control panel or display module.
