How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the microwave before any action.
- Power cycle: Disconnect power for 10–15 minutes to fully discharge internal electronics. Plug back in and reprogram the clock.
- Check for pattern: Note if E14 appears immediately at power-up or only after using certain functions. Avoid using those functions until serviced.
- Surge protection: If your home has frequent power fluctuations, consider using a surge protector rated for microwave ovens (check Bosch recommendations) once the unit is repaired.
