Microwave display shows E06 and the turntable does not rotate; heating may or may not occur.

Turntable mechanical checks:

• Remove the glass tray and roller ring.
• Clean any spilled food, grease, or debris from the cavity floor and rollers.
• Inspect the plastic coupler that fits over the motor shaft for cracks or rounding.
• Reinstall the roller ring and tray, ensuring they sit flat and rotate freely by hand.

Turntable motor test (experienced users):

• With the unit unplugged, remove the bottom cover (or access panel) to reach the turntable motor.
• Check the motor wiring connectors for secure fit and no signs of burning.
• Use a multimeter to test the motor coil for continuity; an open circuit indicates a failed motor.
• If the motor is receiving power during operation (requires live testing by a qualified person) but not turning, replace the motor.

After replacement: Reassemble all panels, ensure no wires are pinched, and test with an empty tray for smooth rotation before normal use.
