How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the microwave before any inspection.
Basic checks:
- Verify wall outlet: Test the outlet with another appliance to ensure it supplies power.
- Check power cord: Inspect the Clatronic power cord for cuts, burns, or kinks. Do not use the unit if the cord is damaged.
Internal checks (technician):
- Remove the cabinet (unplugged). Check the internal line fuse on the filter board or control board. Replace only with the exact same rating and investigate why it blew.
- Inspect the mains filter board and wiring for burn marks or loose connectors.
- Measure low-voltage outputs from the control PCB power supply (e.g., 5V, 12V) if equipped and safe to do so.
