Possible Causes
Blown internal line fuse, Faulty mains filter board, Damaged power cord, Failed control PCB power supply
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the microwave before any inspection.
Basic user checks:
- Check outlet: Plug another device into the same outlet to confirm it has power.
- Check circuit breaker: Ensure the household breaker or fuse for that circuit has not tripped.
- Inspect power cord: Look for visible damage, burns, or cuts on the Clatronic power cord. Do not use the unit if the cord is damaged.
Technician checks:
- Open the cabinet (unplugged). Test the internal line fuse and replace with the exact same rating if blown, after identifying the cause.
- Inspect the mains filter board and wiring for burns or loose connections.
- Check the control PCB for signs of damage or failed components in the low-voltage supply.
Warning: Do not bypass or oversize fuses. If the new fuse blows again, stop and have the unit professionally serviced.
