Microwave makes a rattling or scraping noise when the turntable rotates.

Safety: Stop the microwave and unplug before handling the tray if it is very hot.

Cleaning and inspection:

• Remove the glass tray and roller ring. Clean the oven floor thoroughly to remove crumbs or debris.
• Inspect the roller ring for flat spots or broken wheels; replace if damaged.
• Check the glass tray for chips or warping that could cause wobbling.
• Ensure the tray is properly seated on the coupler when reinstalling.

If noise persists with a new roller ring and tray, the turntable motor or coupler may be worn and should be replaced.
