Microwave displays E15 and refuses to start; child lock may appear to be stuck on.

Safety: No internal high-voltage work is required for this check, but unplug before removing any panels.

Child lock reset:

• Refer to the Fagor user manual for the specific child lock combination (often pressing and holding a specific key for several seconds).
• Attempt to toggle the child lock off and on again.
• Unplug the microwave for 5 minutes, then plug back in and try again.

Panel cleaning:

• Wipe the keypad with a dry cloth to remove moisture or residue.
• If the panel was recently exposed to steam or cleaning sprays, allow it to dry thoroughly.

If E15 or lock behavior persists, the keypad or control board may be defective and should be replaced as an assembly.
