Possible Causes

Broken turntable coupler, Worn or seized turntable motor, Damaged roller ring, Stripped motor shaft

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Unplug before handling internal parts.

User checks:

  • Remove the glass tray and roller ring; clean both thoroughly.
  • Inspect the center coupler for cracks or melting.
  • Reinstall and test; if still not rotating, proceed.

Motor replacement (intermediate):

  • Access the underside of the cavity (bottom panel) to reach the motor.
  • Disconnect the motor wires and remove mounting screws.
  • Install a new Fagor-compatible turntable motor and reassemble.

Do not force the tray; if it binds, check for deformed cavity floor or misaligned coupler.
