How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety First: Unplug the microwave before removing covers.
Steps:
- Clean sensor port: Inside the cavity, locate the humidity sensor opening and clean away any grease or residue.
- Access sensor: Remove the outer cabinet to reach the humidity sensor and its wiring.
- Check harness: Inspect the harness for pinched or broken wires and reseat connectors.
- Replace sensor: If E-11 persists, replace the Frigidaire humidity sensor. If the error remains after replacement, the main control board may be defective.
