Possible Causes
Faulty humidity sensor, Loose sensor wiring, Control board sensor ADC failure, Contaminated sensor port
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug before accessing internal components.
Steps:
- 1. Clean cavity and sensor port: Wipe down the interior, especially around any vents or grills used for sensor cooking. Remove grease and residue.
- 2. Reset power: Unplug for 10 minutes, then test sensor cooking again. If F2 returns, continue.
- 3. Inspect humidity sensor and wiring: Access the sensor near the top or side of the cavity. Check the connector and harness for damage. Reseat the connector.
- 4. Replace sensor: If available, replace the humidity sensor. If F2 persists, the control board sensor circuit may need replacement.
