  • Inspect ribbon cable (qualified persons): Remove the control panel assembly, then carefully disconnect and reconnect the flat ribbon cable between the keypad and main PCB. Ensure it is fully seated and not corroded.
  • Check for damage: Look for cracks in the touch membrane, liquid spills, or burn marks on the PCB. Replace the touch control panel or main PCB as required.
