Microwave displays LOC or a key symbol and will not start; buttons seem disabled.

Note: This is usually not a fault but a feature.

• Disable child lock: On most Gorenje microwaves, press and hold the STOP/CANCEL button or a dedicated key symbol for 3–5 seconds until LOC disappears. Refer to the user manual for the exact key combination.
• Power reset: If the lock will not clear, unplug the microwave for 1–2 minutes, reconnect, and try the unlock sequence again.
• Check keypad: If LOC remains and keys do not respond, the touchpad may be faulty and require replacement.
