Microwave briefly shows "Err" on display and beeps, then stops

Safety: Unplug the microwave before cleaning the control panel.

• Clear input: Press Stop/Cancel to clear any program, then re-enter the desired time or function following the user manual.
• Dry the keypad: If the panel is damp from cleaning or steam, wipe it dry and leave the door open for 20–30 minutes.
• Power reset: Unplug the microwave for 5 minutes, then plug back in and test.
• Check for stuck buttons: Gently press each button to ensure it moves freely. If any button feels stuck or constantly registers, the membrane keypad may be failing.
• Replace keypad or control board: If Err appears frequently with normal use, the keypad or control PCB may need replacement.
