Failed turntable motor, Broken or stripped coupler, Damaged roller ring, Turntable off or disabled in settings
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the microwave before accessing the bottom panel.
- Check settings: Some Haier models allow disabling the turntable. Verify in the user menu that the turntable is set to ON.
- Inspect tray and ring: Remove the glass tray and roller ring. Clean them and the cavity floor. Replace any cracked or warped parts.
- Check coupler: Ensure the plastic coupler is firmly seated on the motor shaft and not cracked.
- Test motor: Run a short cook cycle with the tray removed and observe if the coupler turns. If not, the motor is likely faulty and should be replaced.
