How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the microwave before cleaning the interior.

Steps:

  • Locate the sensor: On many Hisense sensor models, the humidity sensor is behind a small grille or opening on the upper side wall or ceiling of the cavity.
  • Clean the cavity: Wipe the interior walls and the area around the sensor opening with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Remove grease and food splatter that can coat the sensor.
  • Steam clean: Place a bowl of water with a slice of lemon inside and run on high for several minutes, then wipe down the interior once more.
  • Power reset: Unplug for 5 minutes, then reconnect and test a sensor cook function.

Technician repair:

  • If H0 persists, the humidity sensor or its wiring may be defective.
  • A technician can test and replace the sensor or the main control PCB as required.
