• Check coupler: Inspect the plastic coupler that fits over the motor shaft. If it is cracked or loose, it may not engage the tray.
• Test motor: With the tray removed but coupler in place, plug in the microwave and run a short cook cycle with a cup of water. Look through the door to see if the coupler turns.

• The turntable motor or its wiring is likely faulty and should be replaced by a technician.
