Microwave shows E14 and the turntable does not rotate, even though heating may still occur.

Safety first: Unplug the microwave before handling the turntable components.

User-level checks:

• Remove the glass turntable and roller ring. Clean them thoroughly and ensure no food debris is lodged under the coupler.
• Inspect the plastic coupler that fits over the motor shaft for cracks or rounding.
• Reassemble and test. If the error persists and the plate does not move, internal service is needed.

Technician-level checks:

• Access the underside of the cavity to reach the turntable motor.
• Test the motor for continuity and correct resistance; replace if open or seized.
• Check for supply voltage at the motor when the turntable should be running.
• Inspect the coupler and support wheels; replace worn parts.

Note: While a non-rotating turntable may still allow some heating, uneven cooking and hot spots can occur. Repair is recommended.
