How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Stop the microwave immediately if arcing occurs. Unplug and allow to cool.
- Step 1 – Clean grill area: Thoroughly clean the grill element and surrounding cavity ceiling to remove grease and carbon deposits.
- Step 2 – Check grill rack use: Ensure the supplied metal rack (if any) is used only as directed and does not touch the cavity walls.
- Step 3 – Inspect element: Look for visible damage, cracks, or burn marks on the grill element. Replace if damaged.
- Step 4 – Maintain clearance: Avoid placing food directly against the element; maintain the recommended distance.
