• 2. Avoid rapid key presses: Press keys firmly and deliberately to avoid confusing the keypad scan.
• 3. Power reset: Unplug the microwave for 5 minutes to reset the control board, then try again.
• 4. Check keypad: If Err appears whenever certain keys are pressed, the keypad may be faulty and require replacement.

If Err persists with simple, valid settings, the control PCB may be defective and should be evaluated by a technician.
